How to Delete Your BarTrekker Account and Personal Data
At BarTrekker, we want you to have control over your account and personal information. If you no longer wish to use BarTrekker, you can request that your account and associated personal data be deleted.
How to request account deletion
To request the deletion of your BarTrekker account, simply send an email to: customerservice@bartrekker.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- The email address associated with your BarTrekker account
- A clear statement that you would like your account to be deleted
- If applicable, any additional information that may help us identify your account
For example:
"I would like to delete my BarTrekker account and request the deletion of my personal data associated with the account."
What happens after you submit your request?
Once we receive your request, we will review it and process the deletion of your account and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
You may receive an email from us if we need additional information to verify your request or identify the correct account.
Once the deletion has been completed, you will no longer be able to access your BarTrekker account or use account-related features associated with it.
What data will be deleted?
Where applicable, we will delete personal information associated with your BarTrekker account, such as your account details and other personal data that we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
Certain information may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where another lawful basis for retention applies.
Any information that we retain will continue to be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
