Bartrekker is an app that runs automated events in the city's best bars, restaurants and hidden spots — no tour guide required.
How do I buy a ticket? +
Open the Bartrekker app, register an account, choose an event and pay securely through Stripe — your ticket appears instantly.
Where does the experience start? +
The starting location of an event is shown in the app before you even book, so you know exactly where and when to meet before the event begins.
How does the app guide me? +
The app pushes the new location to your native map software, the app updates and reveals each stop, keeping the whole group in sync.
Can I cancel or get a refund? +
Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund up to 4 hours before the event starts by contacting customer service from your profile page.
What happens if I have a problem during an event? +
Use the in-app customer service button any time during your event to reach our support team, who can assist right away.
How does Bartrekker work? +
Buy a ticket in the app, head to the first location and scan the QR code there. From that point the app reveals each next stop, timing and everything you need.
What is included in my ticket? +
Entry to every featured venue on the route, along with any deals, discounts or extras listed on the event page before you buy.
Should I turn on notifications? +
Yes — notifications let the app tell you when the next stop unlocks and share important timing updates during the event.
What happens if I arrive late? +
No problem — your route stays saved in the app, so you can jump back in and catch up with the group at the current stop.
What is the minimum age? +
In order to buy tickets on the app you must be 18+, for select events under-18s can attend but will be legally unable to receive some benefits
